My Journey

I was trained to bring life into the world 👶🩺
Numerous births. Numerous IUIs and IVF cycles. A life in medicine. White coat. Stethoscope. Pelvic Ultrasound.Clinical precision.
Peering inside your body.

And then—I surrendered. 🙏

I walked into my own shadows, my own healing, my own truth.
So I could serve not just as a doctor of bodies…
But as a midwife of rebirth 🌱🦋

I'm Tina Koopersmith,

Dr Tina is an integrative medicine physician AND coach, best-selling author, speaker, athlete, a mom, a sister, a friend and a perpetual student. Graduate of DUKE University. Trained at USC-LAC Medical Center. In Private Practice for 29 years.

Dr. Tina is dedicated to modifying our health care system from one focused on illness and sickness to one devoted to prevention and wellness.

For 30 years as a fertility specialist, I focused on bringing life to patients, and now I see how important it is to bring all patients back to life.

Civilization has been anchored and tethered to a FEAR-based paradigm, emphasizing competition over collaboration, scarcity over abundance, survival of the fittest--rather than celebration of the adaptable. And the only constant in life is CHANGE.

What if society was based on LOVE and ACCEPTANCE...of self, of others and of our circumstances?

What if we lived every day GRATEFUL for each breath, for the ALIVENESS that is manifest in the human experience?

What if we celebrated that PAIN is part of life, because it is proof we are alive and can CONQUER adversity?

What if TRANSFORMATION of thought, MOVEMENT of energy and FEELING emotions in combination with CONNECTION to our higher self and purpose was a critical component of HEALING the body and lessening our suffering?

For me, overcoming the hurdle of self-worth was "dance intimacy". My mother would use that phrasing with me often throughout my childhood. A reference to the book "the Dance of Intimacy" by Harriet Lerner, PhD.

My dance was to strengthen the positive relationship with myself && heal the difficulties within. The moment Dr Koop walked me through the sometimes difficult road to my "true self", I finally saw WHO I AM.

My higher self. The "I AM" that often felt like a myth or something I simply told myself as an affirmation. For the first time, I saw the MIRACLE that is ME.

In that moment, a burden that I walked with for what felt like a lifetime was lifted.

And this was just in our first session.

Who am I? Who are you? Would we play well together? Blind dates are rarely easy or comfortable, and certainly we don't want you to be in a long-term relationship that is unsettling for you. Let's schedule a meet and greet, think of it as a cup of tea with a new friend, and let's decide if my healing style is right for your nervous system. Free 15 minute discovery call.
Planning session

When you set up an appointment you will receive a comprehensive health history form to complete. This will enhance our conversation, help us better understand your health challenges, as well as determine your goals. This 60-90 minute session is $400 which can be credited to one of our wellness programs.
Architectural blueprint design

We will review your form together and ensure all your questions are answered so that we can identify which program makes the best sense for your needs.
Time for renovation of your body/soul

No one is broken, no one needs to be FIXED. But we all could use new and improved tools for life skills, the ones we developed in childhood are getting worn out and they weren't the best for adulthood.
After determining your options, your level of commitment, and which program is best for you, we will set you up for success with a calendar of calls and a plan for followup sessions.
